THE PLANS
Vision Plan™ is available for single vision glasses (frames & lenses) starting from $30 per month and progressive glasses (frames & lenses) starting from $55 per month.

Vision Plan™ is not transferable. Only the customer named in the Vision Plan™ can redeem the prescription glasses included in the Plan.
Yes, you can add Plans for your children*, or family members under your account. Payments for any additional Plans that you add to your account will be paid from the nominated payment method in your account.

No, Vision Plan™ gives you the flexibility to redeem your prescription glasses when you need them at any time within three years. Multiple redemptions can be made on the same day.
For example, you can redeem 1 pair of glasses in the first year and 2 in the third year, or all 3 in the first year. Regardless of when you choose to redeem your glasses, you continue to just pay the monthly fee for your chosen Plan.

At the end of the three years, your Plan will automatically renew every year for another 12 months.

You will be able to access your personal Vision Plan™ account by visiting the website https://opsmvisionplan.com.au and logging in using your account credentials.
You can view the status of your payments, including any paid or outstanding payments, by logging into your account at https://opsmvisionplan.com.au and visiting the payment methods section. Alternatively, contact us at customerservice@opsmvisionplan.com.au or call us on 1800 092 763 and we can help you view your payment history.
You can change your payment methods at any time by logging into your account at https://opsmvisionplan.com.au and visiting the payment methods section. You can then choose which payment method you wish to be your primary payment method, and you can add or remove a payment method at any time. We require you to have an active and valid payment method in your account at all times.
We currently only accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit card or debit card payment methods. We do not accept any other payment method for Vision Plan™.
The payment of the first instalment will be charged upon signing up to Vision Plan™. Thereafter, you will be charged monthly on the 5th or the 20th of the following calendar month. You may choose to be charged on the 5th or the 20th at the time of signing up, and can change that date at any time by logging into your account.

Purchases made with Vision Plan™ can be claimed directly with the health fund. The receipt will itemise the products purchased along with the relevant code.
You can cancel your Vision Plan™ at any time by accessing your account on the portal https://opsmvisionplan.com.au or contacting our customer service team . Cancellation is free and without penalty.
You will be required to pay on cancellation for the remaining balance of any glasses already redeemed but not yet fully paid. On cancellation, we will take any outstanding balance from your nominated payment method in the portal. If you have paid instalments without redeeming glasses, we will refund you to the nominated payment method in your account within 15 days.

We will refund you the six instalments paid and not used to redeem glasses totalling $180.

If you wish to purchase a frame and lens included in a higher level plan, for example, you subscribe to Vision Plan™ Base but want to purchase a frame or lens included in Plus or Deluxe, you can do so by paying the upgrade fee. The upgrade fees are detailed in the current Price Guide, as updated from time to time. Our Team in store will be happy to guide you through this process and explain each step to upgrade.

If you wish to purchase a frame and lens included in a higher level plan, for example, you subscribe to Vision Plan™ Base but want to purchase a frame or lens included in Plus or Deluxe, you can do so by paying the upgrade fee. The upgrade fees are detailed in the current Price Guide, as updated from time to time. Our Team in store will be happy to guide you through this process and explain each step to upgrade.
Are the frames included in Vision Plan™ updated over the three years, or do they remain the same as those included when you start your Plan?
From time to time, the frames and lenses included in a Plan may change, and we will update the Price Guide with any changes.

*In the 12 months from the date of purchase of a pair of glasses, each Vision Plan™ customer (“Customer”) may receive up to one (1) new lens refresh per pair of glasses purchased in OPSM Vision Plan™ (“Refresh/ed”), fitted to the original frames purchased. Lenses will only be Refreshed if the treating Optometrist is of the professional opinion and view (in their sole discretion) that a Customer’s prescription has changed since the Customer’s last eye examination with us, to the extent that the treating Optometrist considers that new lenses are required. It must be a +/-0.50 diopter spherical equivalent change or more in one or both eyes to be eligible. This service is available to all Customers who purchase glasses as part of OPSM Vision Plan™. Lenses must be replaced into original frame. If an additional or new frame is required, additional costs will apply. Eye test consultation fees may apply.
+Ultra-Wide Digital Retinal Scan and Axial Length Biometry are subject to availability at participating stores only. Our optometrists will provide advice in their reasonable discretion and professional opinion about each customer’s suitability for these scans.
