We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the clarity of vision you experience from your disposable contact lenses; particularly if you’re new to wearing contact lenses. If your practitioner recommends an alteration to your initial contact lens prescription within four weeks of purchase, we’ll take the purchase price of your original contact lenses off the price of your newly prescribed lenses.
If you don’t wear contact lenses every day you can adjust your refill frequency so you only receive contact lenses when you need them.
To update your refill frequency, simply log into your account, go to your orders, select the subscription you want to update, and click the ‘edit’ button in the ‘next refill and frequency’ section.

If you have leftover contact lenses when your next refill is due to be dispatched, you can update your next refill date so you have some extra time to use the contact lenses you already have.

If you move or want to get your refills delivered at a different address, you can update your address any time.
