24 MONTHS MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

OPSM will replace a lens which is defective or torn on opening due to the fault of the manufacturer within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Please ensure that the faulty lens is kept in solution, DO NOT DISPOSE THE LENS. The contact lens must be returned to OPSM within 24 months from the date of purchase in order for a replacement lens to be received. Please contact us before returning any product. View warranty here.

Any health fund rebate or benefit is at the discretion of your Health Fund Provider. Please direct any queries in relation to your level of cover and entitlements (if applicable) to your Health Fund Provider.

OPSM offers free delivery and returns for all eligible online orders within Australia. Delivery is normally 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated at cart. We deliver between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. For more information about deliveries, click here.

Additionally, OPSM now offers the option to collect your online order in store for free at your preferred location. You can also now buy online and return your order in store. However, please check the store locator to ensure that your local OPSM accepts returns in store.
